  Horrible staff and the place is treated like a prison! Found this place in a time of need during hurricane Irma and I regret every bit of it. I will definitely ride the next one out in my own home. This place claimed to have power but instead using it for lights or AC, they used it for TVs in the break room for staff. People were getting sick and taken out in ambulances all night. The morning after, we weren't allowed to get fresh air outside and made us continue breathing in the sick, disgusting air of the hallway filled with 500 people. The school is absolutely sickening. I would not put your kids here or even just seek shelter here.

  Lyman High School is a place where dreams are made to die. This school has screwed up my whole life by putting me under the bus for something that I didn't do and has screwed me over for my whole semester by suspending me for the last 3 weeks of school so I flunk out. Their modo,"everyone matters," is complete and under garbage. DO not come here if you are thinking about it, go somewhere else like Brantley or Lake Mary where they understand what decency is.
